TikTok owner ByteDance unveiled Seedance 1.0, a new artificial intelligence model for video generation in June 2025, which according to independent tests outperforms rival systems including Google's Veo 3 and OpenAI's Sora. Based on the latest results from Artificial Analysis, an internationally renowned evaluation platform, Seedance 1.0 Pro ranked first worldwide in both text-to-video and image-to-video categories, surpassing previously leading models.
