Anthropic's valuation has surged to $350 billion after Microsoft and Nvidia invested a combined $15 billion in the AI company behind the Claude chatbot on 18 November 2025. As part of the deal, Anthropic has committed to purchasing $30 billion worth of Azure cloud computing capacity, whilst Nvidia is establishing its first technical collaboration with the company founded by former OpenAI executives in 2021.
Microsoft's $5 billion and Nvidia's $10 billion investments have driven Anthropic's valuation from $183 billion in September to $350 billion. The agreement includes Anthropic contracting up to one gigawatt of compute capacity with Nvidia Grace Blackwell and Vera Rubin systems, while Claude AI models will become available to Microsoft Foundry customers including Claude Sonnet 4.5, Claude Opus 4.1, and Claude Haiku 4.5.
The deal's significance lies in making Claude the only frontier model available across all three major cloud services - Amazon, Google, and Microsoft platforms - while Anthropic serves over 300,000 business customers and projects $26 billion in revenue for 2026.
